Caret Labs was the venture-backed startup Jeff and I founded in 2014. In our four years working as Caret Labs, we designed, built and grew three products, each the outgrowth of the previous:
Baskets: a shopping cart for Facebook Live.
Chalk: an app to host ephemeral group chats.
Jot: an app that matched people wanting to talk about the same topic, at the same time, in threaded chat rooms.
